The difference between sintered stone & marble & quartz

Appearance

• Sintered Stone

Rich in color and variety, the pattern and quality of each product are controllable and consistent, and the paving effect is more natural and smooth. Furthermore, the large-scale features make the space three-dimensional, reduce the generation of gaps, and make it easier to clean and maintain.

• Natural marble:

The quality and color are affected by natural mines, and have uncontrollable color difference, and the color difference is obvious in large-area paving applications.

• Quartz:

The color is acceptable, the texture is less, and there is obvious color difference between different batches of quartz stone.

Performance

• Sintered Stone

The slate is hard in texture, the Mohs hardness can reach grade 6, and it has the advantages of anti-fouling, anti-bacterial, anti-penetration, wear-resistant, anti-skid, high-temperature resistance, not afraid of acid and alkali corrosion, green and environmental protection, no radiation, and food-grade standards.

• Marble:

The texture is firm, but more than firm and not elastic enough. Easily broken when heated or bumped. In addition, the natural pores make the product itself susceptible to contamination, growth of bacteria, penetration and staining.

• Quartz:

The texture is hard, the Mohs hardness is above 5, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, high antifouling performance, green environmental protection and no radiation. However, it will change color in case of high temperature, and A2 and B1 will have a lacquer smell when burning with open flames.
