Pure White Quartz Slabs for Countertops and Interior Surfaces
Pure White Quartz Slab is made from 93% natural quartz with resin and pigments for countertops, vanity tops, wall cladding, flooring, tables and other interior fabrication. Standard slab sizes include 3200 × 1600 mm and 3000 × 1400 mm, with custom sizes available.

Quartz Slab Manufacturing Process
Mixing
Purified quartz granules and powder are blended with resin and pigments before molding.
Forming
The mixture is formed under vacuum and vibration with controlled heat and pressure.
Calibration and Polishing
Slabs are calibrated to thickness, water polished and trimmed on bridge cutting equipment.
Quality Check and Export Packing
Finished slabs are checked and classified before export. Export material is packed in wooden crates or wooden frames according to slab format and shipment requirements.
Send slab size, thickness, quantity, finish and destination so the packing plan can be matched to the order.
