Product production process

Shaping and Pressing: Pour the mixed quartz particles, resin, and pigment into molds of various sizes according to the expected thickness and size of the quartz slab. The mixture is then compacted and pressed under high pressure to remove air bubbles and ensure a dense, strong structure.
Cure: Molded quartz slabs go through a curing process where they are subjected to heat and pressure in a specialized curing oven or chamber. This process helps the resin adhesive harden and set, creating a durable and stable quartz slab.
Calibration and Polishing: After curing, the quartz plates are calibrated to achieve uniform thickness and flatness. They are then polished using abrasive materials and polishing compounds to achieve a smooth, shiny surface finish.
Quality Inspection: Finished Capri White Quartz Slabs undergo rigorous quality inspection to ensure they meet industry standards for strength, durability, color consistency, and surface finish. At this stage, any defective or substandard panels will be rejected.
