Product production process
First, you need to select raw materials suitable for processing into emerald green marble slabs. This step is the basis for ensuring the quality of the final product.
Carry out preliminary cutting and trimming on the selected material to form the required shape, and improve its stability through reinforcement to prepare for the subsequent large-cutting process.
Use an advanced large saw (such as a BM large saw) to cut the trimmed marble to form a rough board. This process takes approximately 11 hours, cutting 12cm per hour
After completion of cutting, the marble slabs are numbered and back-mesh to facilitate subsequent processing and management.
The marble slab is rough ground to remove surface unevenness and defects, and then dried to enhance the hardness and durability of the board.
After gluing and repairing, fine grinding is performed again to ensure the smoothness and gloss of the board surface. Finally, quality inspection is carried out to ensure that each marble slab meets the standards.
To obtain the emerald green effect, you can directly grind off a layer of marble and then polish it, or ask professional stone mirror processing personnel to come and deal with it to ensure the beauty.
Dry the rough-polished large board for the first time (at a high temperature of 300 degrees), apply AB glue on the surface, and then dry and glue it again to enhance the adhesion and durability of the board.
